The 24-year-old Ashraf, founder and CEO of Dawn Group International, completed the deal after months of negotiations.
Ashraf said he is "exceptionally excited and blessed to be the next custodian of Tamworth Football Club". He praised previous owners Bob Andrews and Steve Lathbury for their achievements, including back-to-back promotions and stabilizing the club in the National League.
